Because of this relationship, ACS can proudly boast that the majority of our employees have been with us for three or more years, whereas the national cleaning service average time to retain an employee is three months. Loyalty of employees, good management, and clients (or as we refer to them, “Friends with needs”) helps to create higher morale and a noticeable increase in productivity. ACS has the following pre-qualifications needed to be considered for employment.
Experience is certainly a plus, but it’s not required. You must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
